Purpose of the Role
The Customer Service Clerk is Postbank’s frontline representative inside retail stores. Your main responsibilities include:
- Assisting customers with banking transactions
- Ensuring all transactions are accurate, secure, and compliant
- Educating customers on using self-service and digital banking channels
This role helps bridge the gap between traditional in-store banking and modern digital banking.
